Setup, custom work and discounts
Setup, one-off

The club website built from your materials, colours and logo, the domain, settings, importing members, and training for management and coaches. For the Enterprise plan, by agreement.
Custom changes
1.200 CZK / h
Billed by the half hour, with an estimate up front. Your plan sets the delivery time.
Branches (Enterprise)
By agreement
Members have one account for all branches. We agree the price based on how many branches there are and the scope.
- Paying a year up front
- You pay for 10 months and get 12. The Klub plan costs 17.900 CZK a year instead of 21.480 CZK.
- Reference, −10%
- For your logo and a short quote on demo.rhythmees.com, given once. The discount comes off the monthly price for as long as you stay.
- Referral, 2 months free
- For every club that signs a contract on your recommendation. Discounts add up, and the annual payment is worked out from the discounted price.
Good to know
Annual commitment
To cancel, send notice by e-mail at least 14 days before the end of the prepaid period. An annual payment commits you for the whole year. Nothing is refunded if you end it early. Prices are final: the operator (Tomáš Kasalický, company ID 14033917) is not a VAT payer.
Extra e-mails
Once the month's e-mails are used up, invitations and payment confirmations still go out, and members get reminders in the app only. More e-mails: 190 CZK per 5.000.
Limits
The limits are soft: nothing stops working because of them. From 90%, management sees a warning; above 110%, new invitations are paused. People on public courses and lessons don't count as members.
